Tri-Union Seafoods Tuna recall

Tuna recall for possible botulism risk. Tri-Union Seafoods recalls select brands at HEB and Walmart. The brands are HEB label, and the Genova 5 ounce can. The “easy open” pull tab can lid on limited products encountered a manufacturing defect. The defect could compromise the integrity of the product seal (especially over time), causing it to leak, or worse, be contaminated with clostridium botulinum, a potentially fatal form of food poisoning.
