Texas is the worst state to live in according to a new CNBC poll. Last year Arizona kept Texas from the bottom of the list. Key issues of the declining ranking include power grid problems, rising crime, poor health care, and a rollback of diversity, equity and inclusion. Despite the low ranking, Texas continues to draw new residents daily. And is still leading with the economy and workforce.
