A Kerrville Felon gets 20 years prison time for injuring a child that led to his death reports the Daily Times. Tadeo Garces Jr originally was charged with 2 counts of injury to a child but through a plea deal he was only charged and sentenced for one. 2 year old Gideon Barideaux died after sustaining injuries initially reported as from a fall. After further investigation, it was determined he had been physically abused.
