On Wednesday, April 3rd, 198th District Judge Patrick Maguire found Pine Gate Renewables, in violation of an injunction order he issued in February. Reports bizjournals.com. Pine Gate a developer and owner-operator of solar and energy storage projects is developing the 1,300-acre Rio Lago Solar project in Bandera County. Residents filed a lawsuit saying the company was ignoring the February injunction order. Now Pine Gate has to pay a 10 thousand dollar fine.
