A zoning changed requested near Tivy Mountain has unanimously been denied by Kerrville City Council. Kerrville’s planning and zoning commission approved the change. The zoning change would have allowed mixed use for housing and commercial lots on the southwest corner of Loop 534 and Cypress Creek Road adjacent to Tivy Mountain. (photo - KDT)
