Kerrville’s Tivy High School renames their Career and Technical Education Center. On Monday, Tivy’s CTE wing was renamed the Spaulding Career & Technical Education Wing, in honor of former KISD teacher Charlene Spaulding. In attendance were close friends and former coworkers of Mrs. Spaulding. Also, on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony were KISD school officials.
