An interim City Manager has been named in Kerrville to step in when outgoing City Manager E A Hoppe leaves. He took a job in Frisco Texas. Kim Meismer has been one of 2 Assistant City Managers. She was appointed by Kerrville’s City Council to take the interim position. She’s been with the city since 2007. Her new position starts Tuesday, June 20th per the Daily Times.
