The Kerrville Chalk Festival a street painting event, is Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visit Peterson Plaza and see the sidewalks lined with colorful street paintings. The festival is free with activities for children, music, and food. A nonprofit organization is selected as the featured beneficiary. Kerrville Public School Foundation is the 2023 recipient.
