Kerrville- Center Point woman killed in vehicle accident

Vigil held for Center Point woman over the weekend in Kerrville according to the Daily News.  Charlotte Ritter, a Center Point Middle School teacher died last Thursday in a vehicle accident on Medina Highway. According to Officer Jonathan Lamb of Kerrville PD, the accident is under investigation and is considered a manslaughter fatality. (photo: Kerrville Daily Times)
