Outgoing Kerr County Commissioner – Precinct 3 Jonathan Letz suggested the court postpone any action related to the 391 Commission with Kendall County at this week’s Commissioners meeting. According to Letz, he had spoken with Kendall County Commissioner Chad Carpenter who said Kendall won’t be taking any action this year. Kendall County may be looking to expand the 391 beyond battery energy storage systems which are the main reason for the commission. Kendall County not only is facing 3 possible BESS’s, they are also facing a proposed large subdivision seeking a waste water facility and a proposed concrete plant.
