Kerr Co - AACOG public transportation project

Kerr County Commissioners are exploring possible participation in a matching grant with AACOG in a public transportation project. The Alamo Area Council of Government would provide a matching grant. Participation would require 50 percent of the cost be carried by the county but they would split it with the city of Kerrville. So 25 percent for Kerr County, 25 percent for Kerrville and 50 percent by AACOG. The grant would expand services from the Alamo Regional Transit which is already operating in the area with no cost to Kerr County.
