Kendall Co DA - Hovey Motorcars of Boerne

Kendall County DA seeking information for the case against Hovey Motorcars of Boerne. The owners were arrested for fraud according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. Richard Hovey Senior and Junior are each charged and jailed for Theft of property over 300 thousand dollars and Misapplication of fiduciary of an institution between 30 thousand to 150 thousand dollars. They each have a 350 thousand dollar bond. The Kendall County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, in partnership with the Boerne Police Department, is continuing the investigation into Hovey Motor Cars, Triad Motors, and Luxury and Classic Cars of Boerne.
