Kendall Co - Carl Galm arrested for manslaughter

Driver who killed family of 3 on Texas 46 last October 29th has been arrested and booked for manslaughter. Carl Galm of Lakehills was arrested and booked on Wednesday and is being held on a 75 thousand dollar bond. 25 thousand dollars for each victim.  Galm driving a Ford F-250 reportedly was passing up several vehicles on the winding road when it slammed head on into the Waid family’s Toyota Corolla. Killed in the crash were Roger Louis Waid, Patricia Ann Waid and Blake Lynn Waid.
