Kendall County approved an Interlocal Agreement between the county and the City of Boerne. The court and the city have been working on this for the past year. City Council was to vote on the measure last night. Reports expressnews.com It was not discussed or voted on. The agreement could possibly give more development control to the County in the ETJ or The Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction.
