Two Kerr County residents charged in connection with the death of a 19 year old who may have overdosed. The deceased name hasn’t been released. Melissa Raye Shirley and Johnny Ray Treadwell were arrested for selling prescription drugs to the deceased. Kerr County Sheriff’s Special Operations Division conducted an investigation which led to the arrest of Shirley and Treadwell. They are each booked under a 50 thousand dollar bond. And are in the Kerr County Jail.
