Jerry Jones Blue Star expands into Waxahachie. The company started construction on a 120 acre industrial site recently. The land was purchased 2 years ago. The north Dallas market is reportedly saturated so development is moving south. Waxahachie is 30 miles south of Dallas. HEB will also be expanding their storefront there. Reports the Real Deal.
