A suspect in a San Marcos apartment fire remains unindicted and is released on a PR bond reports KSAT 12. Jacobe De Leon O Shea Ferguson was arrested in July as the prime suspect in a 2018 fire at the Iconic Village Apartments that killed 5 people. Since, 90 days have passed since his arrest and he remains unindicted, state law says he can be released. His bond was initially set at 250 thousand dollars. Ferguson was allowed to leave jail without posting bond if he agrees to appear at future hearings.
