Harper man arrested for selling concentrated THC in Fredericksburg. Gillespie County Sheriff’s deputies received a tip of the man selling the THC and witnessed him in the act of selling the substance at a residence on North Milam recently. Additional narcotics, drug paraphernalia indicative of drug sales, and a rifle were found. Law enforcement personnel seized U.S. currency, the rifle, and approximately 96 grams of concentrated THC. The 18 year old was arrested and charged with Manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.
