Ham Radio Operators pass license tests

The Hill Country has many new ham operators. After a 2 year hiatus, the Hill Country Amateur Radio Club based in Kerrville recently conducted a course for a technician license. The class had 23 students and everyone passed their test. Many tested for a technician license and few were upgrading from technician to general.
