Bandera’s Robert or Bob Isaaks went missing Wednesday November 15th, he was found deceased on Friday, November 17th. In Crockett County. Isaaks was 88 years old. A murder warrant is issued for Freda Michelle Thomas. She was seen in a Ring video with Isaaks the day he disappeared. Thomas is 5’4, 166 pounds, brown hair and green eyes. She was also seen driving Isaaks jeep that was reported missing. If you know of her whereabouts or encounter her. report the information to the Bandera County Sheriff’s office.
