FBG and Former Texas Rangers Foundation lawsuit

The City of Fredericksburg and the Former Texas Rangers Foundation have filed lawsuits against each other according to the Standard Radio Post. After the city terminated the Foundations lease in February, it filed a lawsuit requesting financial accountability for how city funds and hot taxes were used. The Foundation has countersued saying the city wrongfully terminated a 99 year ground lease and development agreement. The foundation says they spent over 9 million dollars in improvements to the property.
