The Fair Oaks Ranch Police Chief is under fire. Tim Moring is accused by 2 officers for intimidating behavior and giving some officers Adderall at a party. Moring is accused of throwing items against the wall and name-calling. There is currently an internal investigation into the allegations. There are no pending criminal charges against him.
