High profile attorneys Dick DeGuerin and Rusty Hardin hired to prosecute Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton reports the Texas Scorecard. They will join 12 house members on the prosecuting team in the impeachment trial slated for Tuesday, September 5th. Legal observers say the stakes have been raised with the hiring of DeGuerin and Hardin. At least two-thirds of the Senate need to vote in favor of impeachment to remove the attorney general from office.
