City of Boerne approves the sale of the Old City Hall and Public Works buildings. Ridan Inc is approved to purchase the city hall building. They propose to turn it into a boutique hotel. Kendall County is approved to buy the public works building and had expressed interest in expanding county offices. The buildings are in the historic district and are subject to those regulations.
