The Catskills may be coming to the Hill Country. A new boutique resort starts construction next December 2024 in Dripping Springs. The Blue Sage Resort and Spa will have a pool, wellness center, an event space and restaurant. The 57 cabin resort is to be situated on Silver Creek Road. Blue Sage joins another planned resort, Mirasol Springs. The Mirasol will have a luxury hotel, cottages, spa and a restaurant. Reports expressnews.com.
