BCRAGD Thursday meeting - rehearing request

Vanderpool Management LP is asking the Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District Board for a rehearing on a ruling made in February. According to Bandera Canyonlands Alliance, they want the BCRAGD to reconsider their ruling granting them a combined 56 Acre Feet of water, instead of the 200 Acre Feet they originally requested in their well applications. The groundwater district will meet at 10am on Thursday for their Quarterly Meeting. The rehearing is on the agenda. The District office is at 440 FM 3240 in Bandera.
