Bandera’s city attorney says it’s not the city’s responsibility to fix the potholes in a local business center’s parking lot. The city has been maintaining the lot for 40 years. Using public funds for a private property expenditure is illegal. Bandera’s City Council voted 3 to 2 not to fix them. Reports the Bandera Prophet.
