An update on the Bandera woman in murder for hire in Bandera County, according to the Bandera Bulletin. Sulayma Bianca Garibay, 34, of Wharton’s Dock has been identified and charged with solicitation of murder and drug possession. Garibay is in the Bandera County Jail on bonds totaling 625 thousand dollars.
