6 Time DWI Offender Karen Shouse received a 10 year sentence in Kendall County. Her attorney had asked for probation. Reports the Boerne Star. She had been arrested 5 times previously for driving while intoxicated. The judge took into consideration Shouse’s previous actions during a probationary period. In order to circumvent an Inter-lock requirement on her vehicle, Shouse purchased another vehicle. While driving that vehicle, she hit another vehicle with a family in it, almost hit the officer trying to stop her and then she drove home to evade arrest.
