The polar front has arrived in the Hill Country. Just a reminder of preparation to residents. Remember the 4 P’s. People – don’t go outside unless it’s necessary. Pets – bring your animals indoors if you’re able. If they remain outside, keep fresh food and water on hand. Straw bedding is better than hay. Pipes – make sure your pipes are wrapped. Turn off sprinkler systems, disconnect hoses. Plants - bring them in or wrap them.
