Rabid bat found in front of Big Lots. It’s the 16th incident of rabies in Kerr County. The bat found on Thursday, October 24th was reportedly handled by several women posing for pictures. Kerr County Animal Services and the Texas Department of State Health Services are advising those women to seek medical care and to contact the DSHS office.
