The Texas Center at Schreiner University, through Bear Leader Tours, offers a premier guided walking tour at some of the most recognizable Texas landmarks--the Alamo and Mission Concepcion at San Antonio. This two-day trip will allow interested students, alumni, educators, and members of the community to tour the Alamo and Mission Concepcion, learn about the history of missions in central Texas, and see firsthand the spaces that occupy such a significant place within the Texas mythos!
Dr. Donald Frazier, director of the Texas Center and award-winning Texas historian, will offers his wealth of knowledge as the leader of this tour. He will be joined by Dr. Stephen L Hardin, Author of Texian Iliad.
